A food preparation board for those with limited hand use. The board is held in place by its curved lip resting against the work surface and it’s non-slip feet. The rear lip of the board prevents bread or other food slipping off and aids those with less able fingers to pick it up. The preparation board creates a stable surface for spreading with one hand.
